I am a certified Wayfinder Life Coach and ICF certified Life Coach. I am constantly inspired by the growth, risks, and change I see my clients exhibit in our work together.

I spent the first eight years of my professional life in a mix of corporate and start up environments in New York City. I worked across multiple industries ranging from hospitality, wellness, and book publishing, to software sales, technology agencies and creative agencies. My binding interest across all of these environments was the people I worked with. I left that world behind and now focus on helping others to achieve their goals and move toward living a life that feels most authentic to them.
